About NALCAC

 
The National Association of Leaving Certificate Applied Coordinators was set up in early 2002. The aims of the Association are to promote and support the role of the Coordinator, assist communication and cooperation between members of the Association and interested bodies and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Leaving Certificate Applied. It is a national association with members from all parts of the country.

The day-to-day running of the Association is carried out by the Council, which consists of seven members at present. The council meets about six times during the school year. In addition council members are involved in organizing regional meetings, and meetings with interested bodies from time to time.
